What are the CE requirements for Vermont water operators?

Certified water treatment and water systems operators in the state of Vermont must obtain the appropriate number of training contact hours for the class of certification held:

  • Class 1B - 3 training contact hours
  • Class 2 - 10 training contact hours
  • Class 3 - 20 training contact hours
  • Class 4 A-C - 20 training contact hours
  • Class D - 20 training contact hours

Our courses are approved to meet the requirements for Water Treatment and Water Systems Operation in the State of Vermont. They are not approved for Waste Water Treatment.

Online courses are only applicable towards up to 50% of the total requirements for renewal for Vermont certified operators.
