Tony holds an upper management position with a large water district in Southern California. Tony is a Subject Matter Expert in the field of drinking water distribution and holds a treatment 5 certificate and a distribution 5 certificate.

    This and other courses will be improved if you add more photos, preferably videos, demonstrating what the words mean that the students either read or hear. The videos you have are almost exclusively of the narrator speaking and are no better than an audio recording. This class had more helpful photos than the other courses I have rated at a 3. Thanks for putting them together. They allow a good review of info, but could certainly be improved with the addition of content focused video of the actual processes and parts being discussed.
